Over the course of the next couple of weeks, I’ll be highlighting some of the wonderful projects some of The Mighty Rib writers are working on.

I started reading Stacy’s food blog (Cherries Jewbilee) a few months back and two things stood out: it’s informative AND funny.  I found myself laughing my ass off…often.  So, I asked her to contribute to The Mighty Rib.  Thankfully, she accepted the invitation.  Her first post had one of my favorite all-time lines: “Nobody wants a burger that tastes like someone jizzed in it.”  Classic!

Stacy’s writing has so much personality.  She recently brought her talents to The Houston Press, as a regular contributor to their blog.
