It’s Tuesday…time for a Mighty Good Recipe!

My brother-in-law Scott made this dish over the Thanksgiving break, so I ate it, took a picture, and posted the recipe for the rest of the world to enjoy.  It’s so tasty, but given the laundry list of fattening ingredients (three cups of heavy cream, Gruyere cheese, Yukon Golds, and even bacon), how could it not be?  This quite possibly is the heaviest, most fattening dish I’ve ever consumed.  But d@mn if it ain’t good!  One serving of this stuff will trim a week off your life.
