Get ready for the weekend with a Thursday Happy Hour!

I chose the Bourbon Milk Punch because it’s perfect for the holidays.  I make this drink almost every time I visit the in-laws.  I had my first milk punch at Brennan’s, and I never looked back.  It’s a heavy drink, so remember, a little goes a long way.  Just relax, sip it, and let your worries melt away.  The nutmeg on top really gives it that holiday twist.  As you can see, I served mine in a mug, but this drink goes well in just about any glasses, and even over ice.  Heck, serve it as a martini.  All the kids are doing that these days.  Enjoy a nice Bourbon Milk Punch over Thanksgiving.


*Note: I substituted the sugar with a little simple syrup.  Don’t know how to make simple syrup?  No worries, I’ll show you tomorrow.  Here’s a hint–it’s simple!
