We are constantly on the prowl for cool products! Thanks go to Molly for writing this up!

What is it?
Wrights of Texas Fresh Green Salsa is made here locally in Katy, Texas and is a delicious blend of cucumbers, tomatillos, avocado and peppers. All the ingredients are fresh with no preservatives so this salsa has a very short expiration date and has to be refrigerated.

Why it’s so great?
Never mind tortilla chips, I could eat this stuff with a spoon. You can also use this as a salad dressing too. The tasty blend of cucumbers, tomatillos, avocado and peppers make this a refreshing summer salsa.

What’s the price?
Kinda expensive….one jar will set you back almost $7. But well worth it.

Where can I buy some?
I got mine at HEB in the refrigerated section near the sour cream and cottage cheese. On the Wrights of Texas website it says you can also find this salsa and their other varieties at certain Texas Whole Foods and HEB locations. You can also order from their website.

Editor’s note: Check back next week as we highlight something sweet!
