Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry
This is the second recipe in a series of Chinese food delights that will culminate with the revealing of my potsticker recipe (it’s not mine…just one I use). This particular stir-fry is probably not suited best for a beginner cook. Lots of things happen quickly and it’s easy to get flustered. As with most Chinese recipes, often times it’s all in the prep work. The actual stir-fry part only takes a few minutes…so you better have your ducks in order.
Note: Feel free to play with the ingredients in this one. I added some carrots for color and texture.
