Get ready for the weekend with a Thursday Happy Hour!

This year for V-Day, I was fortunate enough to attend a Plain White T’s concert (no jokes please), and sample some delicious Brugal Rum (one of the event sponsors).  I’m happy to report I was impressed with both the music and rum.  One of the drinks I had that night was called a Brugal Splash.  Here’s the recipe on the card I was given:

No measurements, just ballpark it:
Brugal Anejo Rum
Pineapple Juice
Lemon/Lime Soda

Serve over ice. This drink will send you right to the beach.  Enjoy!
