Is it just me or has there been a bit of a brunch boom in this town? Unfortunately, with my wife’s allergy restrictions (bananas, nuts, shellfish, eggs), I tend to skip brunch. But lately, many of you have asked me to form a list of our options. Here you go…

Lost Forty Brewing – Lost Forty does a Sunday brunch from 10:30 a.m.-3 p.m. and by all accounts, it is fantastic. I’ve heard good things about the biscuits and gravy.

One Eleven at the Capital – Brunch runs 10 a.m.-2 p.m on Sunday and as you might expect, the menu looks pretty awesome.

South on Main – Finally, a brunch I can speak on! SoM’s runs on Sunday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and really is awesome. You can’t go wrong with an order of breakfast tacos and fresh biscuits.

Cache – Cache’s Saturday and Sunday brunch (10 a.m.-2 p.m.) is so new, it’s not even listed on its beautiful website. But here’s the menu.

1620 Savoy – Here’s a good looking brunch menu from the folks over at 1620 Savoy. It runs on Sunday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m..

Red Door – Red Door does a Saturday brunch from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.. Here’s the menu. I bet that homemade granola ain’t too shabby.

Trio’s – Sunday brunch is from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and features a menu that includes: quiche, crepes, shrimp enchiladas, shrimp & grits, and more.

SO Restaurant-Bar – SO’s Sunday brunch (9 a.m.-2 p.m.) is small but looks good.

The Southern Gourmasian – Looks likes TSG does a Saturday brunch.

The Fold – The Fold does a Saturday and Sunday brunch that starts at 11 a.m. Here’s the menu. Hey Fold, get your website back up, please.

Raduno – Bart Barlogie’s second restaurant also does a Sunday brunch, which starts at 11 a.m.

Afterthought Bistro and Bar – All I can gather from the website is that Afterthought does offer a Sunday brunch from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. But I can’t find a menu, so you may want to call the restaurant.

Skinny J’s – Argenta’s newest restaurant has a Sunday brunch from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Kemuri – Kemuri does a Sunday brunch from 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
