My random thoughts…brought to you once a week!

• Just got back from a quick trip to Boston. I know it’s a small sample size, but the people there were extremely friendly. Sometimes certain areas of the country get a bad rap.

• Although, I did hear this little nugget at a Boston park. A little boy (around 8-yrs-old) wanted to play on the playground equipment. While he’s running up to the area, his mother yells, “Make sure you play nice with the otha kids, and don’t cuzz.” Sound advice.

• On my first Boston subway experience, I was fortunate enough to sit next to a mentally challenged person who was bleeding from the mouth and feeling quite chatty.

• Back in Houston…was driving down Tidwell the other day, on my way to taking my mother-in-law to the airport. We were both fortunate enough to witness a crack whore digging in her pants, while furiously trying to scratch her ass.

• The world of college basketball is filled with scumbags…Bruce Pearl might be the worst.

• Please don’t make the mistake of renting The American. I did. How bad could it be? It’s stars George Clooney. It was horrendously boring. Two hours of watching George construct a gun, bang a few prostitutes, and spit out about 100 lines of dialogue wasn’t worth the $1.08 I spent at Red Box.

• I know it’s a safe pick, but I’ll take Duke to win it all.

• I’ve written about this in the past, but damn do I hate people who fart on planes. Such a perfect crime.  There’s just no way of identifying the culprit.
