Tuesdays are for bringing you a Mighty Good Recipe!

Stop the presses!  This one is my own concoction.  I know, it’s not much to brag about, but I’m trying my best to enhance my kitchen creativity.  This miso soup recipe is quick, healthy and hits the spot.  I’m a big fan of Napa cabbage and shitake mushrooms–I had both ingredients left over from my dumpling escapades.  I figured they shouldn’t go to waste.

Ingredients:
3 packets of instant miso soup mix (individual size)
3 cups of water
couple handfuls of chopped Napa cabbage
1 cup of shredded carrots
1 cup of chopped shitake mushrooms

Directions:
Just get the water boiling, add the other ingredients and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Enjoy! That’s pretty d@mn easy.
