Patio, porch, deck … whatever you want to call it, the point is it’s starting to warm up outside, so let’s get out and enjoy those outdoor areas many of our local restaurants have to offer.

Ciao Baci

The porch at Ciao Baci is a wonderful place to have a glass of wine (or two) and partake in Chef Owen’s 5-course tasting menu. It’s quiet and relaxed outside, making it a perfect spot for date night or to hang with friends.

Petit & Keet

This is a very hip and modern patio area, which, like everything else at P&K, is well thought out and executed. When the weather is nice, this is the place to be.

The Pantry (both locations)

The Pantry Crest probably has the better patio but there’s just something I really enjoy about that small area at the WLR location. It’s nothing extravagant but it’s cozy.

Big Orange West

I’ve always enjoyed sitting outside at Big Orange West. It’s a nice place to take the kids, relax, have a burger, and do a little people watching.

NYPD Pizza

Again, nothing extravagant, but you could do far worse than devouring a Queens Deluxe Pizza at NYPD while breathing in a little fresh air. The location is super far west for many of us, but this patio is worth the drive.

Bark Bar

Bark Bar

I just had to include Bark Bar on this list. There is so much outdoor area to this place, and, let’s face it, you get the benefit of hanging with your best friend.

Milford Track

Yes, it’s a patio outside of a boring office building, but there’s a nice pond and the calmness of one of Little Rock’s best hidden gems … Milford Track. Order the pasta with grilled veggies (pictured above).

Milford Track

Baja Grill

Baja Grill’s outside area is covered and offers a nice lookout to Kavanaugh Blvd. Plus, you get to enjoy margaritas, queso, guacamole, and a cheese-drenched burrito, if you so choose. What’s not to love?

The  Pizzeria

The Pizzeria has a fairly new Happy Hour it just launched and a great patio to partake in the drink specials. Grab a Caesar’s Salad and some Bonta Sticks while you’re there.

The Root

The Root does have an outside garden area with seating, but the real draw is when they open the containers in the main eating area of the restaurant. Diners get the benefits of a roof but also the open air and view of Main Street.

The Root

42 bar and table

This is quite possibly Little Rock’s finest outdoor restaurant area. Beautiful views, modern setting, and an improved menu give diners the total package.

Rebel Kettle

As far as local breweries go, it’s really hard to beat the outdoor area at Rebel Kettle. It’s a sizable space but also feels intimate, making it a perfect spot to enjoy one of the brewery’s sour beers.

The Fold

The Fold’s patio has been a hit from Day 1, offering a perfect place for diners to consume tacos and cocktails in Riverdale, one of the the city’s more underrated dining areas.

La Terraza

Truly one of the better outdoor seating areas in town, La Terraza’s deck area offers a tranquil spot to enjoy a mojito and look out onto Kavanaugh Blvd.
