They started with 16, narrowed it down to 4.  On Monday night, the judges picked a winner.

I stopped by the finale of the 2011 Burger Bracket, held at Lucky’s Pub on the east end of downtown Houston.  The final four places (Petrol, Burger Guys, Jonathan’s the Rub, and Hubcap Grill) handed out sample tastings to the judges.  I was just there to watch. My money was on Hubcap Grill, but Jonathan’s the Rub took home the championship.  Check out this link for complete details.
