Tuna Salad Delight
1 can tuna
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
1/3 cup finely diced Granny Smith apples
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup sour cream
Combine all of the ingredients together and serve on Ritz crackers. This makes a great snack.
