Chef Ken Dempsey will be in the Flyway Brewing kitchen on Sunday, October 29 from 12 p.m.-9 p.m. I suggest getting there early. If you’ve ever had Dempsey’s food, then you know what all of the fuss is about. Ken is a close friend and a regular contributor to the blog, but he’s also an extremely talented pitmaster and all-around great chef. Follow Ken’s page for regular event updates. Expect to see brisket, pulled pork, pork belly, and shrimp on the menu. The brisket, alone, is worth a trip to Flyway on the 29th. Believe me.
